The Arran Coastal Way
On this walking holiday around the coastal path of the Scottish Island of Arran, see castles, caves, standing stones and a variety of wildlife. Situated in the sheltered waters of the Firth of Clyde, the Isle of Arran is the most southerly and the most accessible of all the Scottish islands. Just a short ferry ride across the Firth of Clyde it is a favourite destination for hikers throughout the year. The Arran Coastal Way is a continuous 65 mile circular walking trail around this beautiful Scottish island, often described as "Scotland in Miniature". The north of Arran is ruggedly mountainous with granite peaks and deep glens resembling the best Scottish Highland scenery, whereas the south of Arran is gentler with low lying farmland, woodland and moorland.

The Arran Coastal Way walking trail is clearly way-marked to provide reassurance on your hiking vacation in Scotland.
This walking holiday on the Arran Coastal Way in the Scotland operates between April and September and can be combined with any of our other hiking tours.
Short walking breaks are also available, with 2 or 3 days walking. Just select the part of the path you want to walk.
The above distances are only a suggestion. If you would like to walk longer or shorter distances, we can arrange that too.
We have no minimum party size.
We pride ourselves on not cancelling holidays due to minimum numbers.
